This property is smaller than BeachHouseSantaCruz, it's 4 bedroom (Master with a King, two kids rooms with two twins each, and one "uncle" room with a single twin. It has two bathrooms total and so it will sleep only a total of 7 including kids. It's more of a strictly one-family vacation home. It has a nice great room and a 2 car garage. Also it is on the West Side of Santa Cruz, which is different from Pleasure Point area, but is closer to the Boardwalk. You can walk around 15 minutes along the West Cliff Dr path to the Boardwalk. It's a 5 min walk around the corner to Natural Bridges Beach. There's lots of photos on the web site.
